Payments & Payouts

When a player books your session, their payment is captured immediately and held securely by the platform. Once the session is marked as completed, Adarle20 releases your earnings minus the platform and processing fees. You never have to chase down payments or deal with no-shows who haven't paid — money is collected upfront. For series subscriptions, players are charged automatically each billing cycle, giving you predictable recurring income.

Players can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed through Stripe. For players in Mexico, OXXO cash payments are fully supported. A player receives a payment voucher and has 24–72 hours to pay at any OXXO convenience store. Your session slot is held during this window and confirmed once payment is verified. This makes Adarle20 accessible to players who don't have a bank card.

Adarle20 charges a platform fee on each transaction to cover infrastructure, support, and payment processing. Stripe also applies its standard processing fee on top. When you set your session price, the DM dashboard shows you a live breakdown of your estimated payout so there are no surprises. As a rule of thumb, set your price with your target take-home in mind — if you want to earn 180 MXN per player, price accordingly after factoring in fees. You can always adjust pricing per session or series.

To receive payouts you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding from your DM dashboard. This involves verifying your identity and linking a Mexican bank account (CLABE). The process takes about five minutes and is required before your first payout. Payouts are typically processed within 2–7 business days after a session is completed, depending on your bank. Stripe will send you email notifications when a payout is initiated. Keep your banking details up to date in your Stripe dashboard to avoid delays.

Series subscriptions are your most powerful earning tool — recurring billing means players stay committed and your monthly income becomes predictable. Offer a small discount versus one-off sessions to encourage sign-ups. For pricing, sessions in the 150–350 MXN per player range tend to convert well in the Latin American market. Very low prices can signal low quality; very high prices shrink your audience. Find the sweet spot for your experience level and session length. Keep your cancellation rate low — consistent, reliable DMs earn better reviews, which leads to more bookings and justifies higher prices over time.
