Question 1

How much do I earn as a DM?

Accepted Answer

You choose what to receive per player and receive exactly that. The 15% platform fee and Stripe's payment processing are added to the price the player pays; they are not taken out of what you asked for. For example: you ask $150 MXN per player → the player pays $188 MXN → you receive $600 MXN for a table of 4. There are no fixed costs, registration fees, or monthly fees.

Question 2

Who sets the price for sessions?

Accepted Answer

You do. As a DM, you freely set the price of your experiences and can change it whenever you want.

Question 3

How many players can a session have?

Accepted Answer

Each session can have between 2 and 6 players. The price is charged per player, allowing you to scale your income per session.

Question 4

When and how do I receive my money?

Accepted Answer

Payments for your tables are processed with Stripe Connect and paid out weekly to your Mexican bank account. The day they arrive may vary depending on your bank.

Question 5

Who pays for payment processing?

Accepted Answer

Stripe's payment processing is added to the price the player pays, just like the 15% platform fee, so it is not taken out of what you asked for. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the cancellation policy applies.

Question 6

Does the platform charge VAT?

Accepted Answer

The platform's commission includes the applicable VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation. Each DM is responsible for their own tax obligations, according to their country and tax regime.

Question 7

Can I offer private or customized sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can create public or private experiences and describe them as you prefer, as long as they comply with community rules.

Question 8

Can I use the platform if I'm a DM outside of Mexico?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The platform is open to DMs from different countries. Automatic payouts through Stripe Connect need a Mexican bank account; if you live in another country, once you're approved we can arrange your payouts another way.

Question 9

What happens if I, as a DM, cancel a session?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel a confirmed session, the player will receive a full refund. Repeated cancellations may affect the visibility or status of your account.

Question 10

Does the platform direct or control the sessions?

Accepted Answer

No. The platform acts solely as a technological intermediary. DMs are responsible for the content, development, and outcome of their sessions.

Question 11

Can I have more than one published experience?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can publish as many experiences as you want and manage them from your panel.

Question 12

Can the platform suspend my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in cases such as breach of the Terms and Conditions, inappropriate conduct, fraud or system abuse, and repeated player complaints.

Question 13

Where can I view the legal documents?

Accepted Answer

At any time from your profile or in the links to Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Accepted Answer

It's a marketplace where you can book RPG sessions (like Dungeons & Dragons and other games) led by independent DMs, safely and easily.

It depends on the session. Some experiences include pre-made characters, others help you create your character during the session. All this information appears clearly in the experience description.

Accepted Answer

Not at all. It's not theater or mandatory improvisation. You can participate at the level you feel comfortable with. There's no wrong way to play.

Accepted Answer

Nothing happens. Mistakes are part of the game and DMs are used to helping new players. Asking questions is completely valid.
