Pricing & Earnings
Understanding how pricing works on Adarle20 helps you set competitive rates, attract the right players, and grow your income as a DM. Here's everything you need to know about fees, strategies, and maximizing your earnings.
1
Setting Your Price
Adarle20 uses a per-player, per-session pricing model. The minimum price is 50 MXN per player per session — this covers basic payment processing costs.
When setting your rate, consider your session length, prep time, and the type of experience you offer. Most DMs in Latin America price one-shots between 100–300 MXN per player. Premium experiences with custom maps, handouts, and voice acting can command 350–600 MXN or more.
2
Understanding the Fee Structure
Adarle20 charges a platform fee on each booking to cover hosting, support, and platform development. On top of that, payment processing fees apply (Stripe and OXXO have different rates).
Your net payout is calculated and shown to you before you publish a session — you'll always see exactly what you'll earn per player before going live. There are no hidden fees or surprise deductions after the fact.
3
Pricing Strategies
If you're new to Adarle20, starting at 100–150 MXN per player lets you build reviews quickly without undervaluing your work. Once you have 5+ positive reviews, incrementally raise your rate by 50 MXN.
Experienced DMs with strong ratings can confidently charge premium rates. Specialty offerings — horror campaigns, licensed settings, Spanish-language adaptations of classic modules — justify higher prices because they're harder to find elsewhere.
- New DM: 100–150 MXN/player
- Established DM (5+ reviews): 200–350 MXN/player
- Premium/veteran DM: 350–600+ MXN/player

Series Pricing vs One-Shots
Series on Adarle20 let you lock in recurring revenue across multiple sessions. Players subscribe to the full series upfront, giving you predictable income and committed players who won't ghost.
Pricing a series per session is slightly lower than a standalone one-shot — this discount rewards player commitment and makes the total investment feel manageable. For example, a one-shot priced at 250 MXN/player might become 200 MXN/player per session inside a 6-session campaign.
The tradeoff is worth it: full seats across 6 sessions at 200 MXN beats half-empty one-shots at 250 MXN.
5
Maximizing Your Earnings
Your total earnings grow fastest by filling every seat, not just raising your price. A session with 4 players at 200 MXN earns more than 2 players at 300 MXN — optimize for full tables first.
Offer sessions at varied time slots to reach players across different time zones (Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Bogotá all have demand). Weekend evenings and Friday nights consistently book faster.
- Write detailed descriptions to reduce no-shows
- Respond to booking inquiries within 24 hours
- Build a review streak — even 10 reviews dramatically increases trust
- Re-run popular one-shots instead of always building new content
